The cost of damage in handling operations can be extremely significant – in terms of damage to equipment, damage to the goods being handled, and most significantly, the potential for human injury.

Recognising this fact, Toyota Forklift has worked with many customers to help to improve driver knowledge and motivation, and thus performance levels. These benefits can be achieved through increased cost awareness, as well as recognition of individual achievements.

We also arrange truck driver championships that encourage recognition of the vital role of the truck driver – further improving skills and endorsing high driving standards.
