What is more, the supply of original parts is guaranteed for up to 10 years after production stops.
All our products are developed and produced based on the big picture. Every individual component supports the overall design. That is why our spare parts come with built-in value. They are genuine parts that fit perfectly, down to the smallest detail. Only through us do you have immediate access to all the parts you need. That makes the choice sure and easy. When you buy a Toyota genuine part, you also get reliability, maximum service life and low overall cost of ownership. Whatever you need, it is always close to you. Everything from engines, pumps and wheels down to the tiniest nuts and bolts are never more than 24 hours away, no matter where in South Africa you are located. And many parts can be sourced even faster, thanks to our network of local warehouses and the parts stock carried by our technicians in their service vans.

Parts & Engineers

To support you better, we first have to support our engineers. For them to give you maximum uptime, we give them one of the most efficient parts supply chains in South Africa.
Our parts centres in South Africa carry over 18766 different articles in stock. Overall they can provide different applications - anywhere in South Africa. These parts are relayed by national depots and local dealer depots, and each engineer carries in his service van an appropriate inventory of parts to match the trucks in his own operating area.
Depots and service vans are replenished daily to guarantee our customers with best parts availability at all times.
Every technician can access our electronic parts catalogue and order parts online, and the inventory at each of our regional network centres reflects the forklift truck pool in their region.

The result is obvious: maximum parts availability with the shortest possible lead times.
