Peace of mind - MHE Compliance and Standards Challenges

Now more than ever as a fleet operator there is a need for your fleet to be consistent and compliant with latest South African Standard for industrial trucks (forklifts & towing tractors)

Is your current fleet is compliant?

Did you know if some of your fleet is dated pre 1995, it may not comply with current requirements for AS2359.1-1995 as all counterbalance forklift trucks sold after this date are required to have a seatbelt fitted.

Is your forklift compliant with the relevant statutory regulations?
Has your LPG system been inspected and dated according to requirements?
Are all your forklifts fitted with the correct rating plates and are they legible?
Is the forklift relevant for attachment fitted and is it rated at the correct load centre?

Toyota forklifts are compliant with requirements of AS2359 part 1 to part 12 for industrial trucks.

BT trucks are compliant with requirements of EN1726-1 for all trucks other than order pickers.  Order pickers are compliant with requirements of EN1726-2.

Raymond forklifts are compliant with requirements of ASME B56-1.

Risk assessments are available for all Toyota products.
